The statewide longitudinal data system, which has the ability to extract and analyze education and workforce data within a secure environment. NPWR provides reports that link de-identified data from Nevada’s K-12, postsecondary, and employment agencies to answer questions and provide insight into education and workforce outcomes. These reports help Nevadans make data-driven decisions.
Career Path Nevada
Leverages data from NPWR to provide an easy-to-use database to help guide career paths for students, educators or industries seeking to recruit. Users can explore academic areas of study and career paths available at Nevada public higher education institutions. These reports include information on program enrollment and completion, occupation salaries, workforce demand projections, and what academic programs these institutions offer.

In collaboration with the Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED), DETR and the Industry Sector Councils, the Governor’s Office of Workforce Innovation (OWINN) publishes information on In-Demand Occupations that summarizes the top occupations that also pay strong wages within the state’s eight targeted industries.
